Who is Vick Lee?

Bart

When you consider the particular-oriented nature of Bart's career, the last thing you lot'd expect is for him to be blind. But believe it or not, he is, as he says, "blind as a bat."

His latest anthology America the Beautiful  has received rave reviews, with Pitchfork maxim, "Information technology's a moving, oftentimes ebullient album that doesn't shy
